Objectives for February. 2010 to October 2010:
- Revise the Appointed State Officer’s Line following the resignation of several members of Metro Chapter.
- Assist the Chapters in having enough personal to put on the Degrees. Work on finding a replacement for Jacques DeMolay, when Mike Thorning reaches majority.
- Provide Chapters, if requested, in developing plans for membership drives.
- Work with State Advisor, EO and Chapters to develop a program for Summerfest and the program for State Conclave.
- Continue to Support Masonic requests for DeMolay help with Masonic activities. (i.e. Shrine Circus, etc.)
- Work with all Masonic Youth organizations to increase joint programs. Example: Mesa Chapter has appointed a Chapter member as liaison with the local Jobs Daughter Bethel.
- Appoint a committee to investigate developing a State DeMolay Newsletter. Determine how it should be published, in print, e-mail, web page etc.
- Look at other State’s DeMolay programs to see, what if anything, we can use to improve New Mexico’s DeMolay program.
- Have New Mexico DeMolay activities, pictures and articles submitted to DeMolayland.com
- Visit each active DeMolay Chapter at least once during my term.
- Have each Chapter send me the name and address of each new member so that I can write a letter of welcome to them from the State DeMolay Association as State Master Councilor.
